ICT Engages with Energy Industry Leaders at ENTELEC 2026
ICT was proud to participate in ENTELEC 2026 in Galveston, Texas, joining a diverse community of engineers, operators, technology providers, and industry leaders focused on the future of energy and industrial communications.
For decades, ENTELEC has served as a gathering place for professionals working at the intersection of operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT). This year’s conference continued that tradition, bringing together organizations from across the energy sector to explore new approaches to connectivity, cybersecurity, automation, and infrastructure modernization.
Throughout the event, the ICT team had the opportunity to meet with companies operating in industries including oil and gas, pipelines, utilities, and industrial automation. Conversations centered around many of the challenges organizations face today, improving network resilience, increasing operational visibility, strengthening security, and supporting critical systems in demanding environments.
What stood out most was the industry’s focus on practical innovation. From private LTE and 5G networks to AI-driven analytics, edge computing, and industrial networking, attendees were exploring technologies that deliver measurable improvements in reliability and operational performance. As these systems become increasingly connected, the need for dependable, intelligent power infrastructure remains a key part of the conversation.
ENTELEC also provided a valuable forum for knowledge sharing. Operator-led presentations, technical sessions, and discussions with end users offered real-world perspectives on how organizations are adapting to evolving operational requirements while preparing for future growth.
Beyond the technology, the event created countless opportunities to strengthen relationships across the industry.
