To find the hardware version of your ICT product, log into the product using your Web Browser.
Once you are logged in, go to the “Device Setup” page. If there is no “Device Setup” page available, go to the “Communications – Basic Setup” page.
The Hardware Version will be listed in the “Device Info” box on this page, as shown here:
